Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return Register your return before sending anything back. Go to indigold.returnless.com/en, enter your order number (including '#') and your email address. After registration you'll receive a prepaid shipping label — return shipping is free of charge. Items sent back without prior registration will not be accepted.

Exchanges Direct exchanges are not available. The fastest way to get what you need is to return your item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the correct size or style.
Damages and wrong items Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve it as quickly as possible. In most cases we'll arrange the return at our expense.
Exceptions — non-returnable items We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about whether your item qualifies, please contact us before registering a return.
Purchases via partners Items purchased through one of our retail or online partners cannot be returned or exchanged directly with Indigold. Please contact the store where you made your purchase.
Discount codes If you used a discount code, the discount is spread proportionally across all items in your order. Your refund will reflect the amount actually paid for the returned item. Discounts on items you keep will not be recalculated.
European Union — 14-day cooling-off period If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. The same return conditions apply: item must be unworn, with tags, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days. Note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the amount. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at webshop@indigoldcrafted.com.
